MotorHDPics respects the intellectual property rights of automotive photographers, journalists, and manufacturers. The visual assets indexed on this website are curated for educational review, aesthetic commentary, critique, and wallpaper presentation under Fair Use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107).
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that any content hosted or indexed on our site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
2. Information Required for a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a notice of copyright infringement, please provide our Designated DMCA Agent with the following written information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list of URLs if multiple works).
- Identification of the material on MotorHDPics that is claimed to be infringing, with precise URL links so that we can locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
